During the various stages of design, Raakel Real Estate coordinates all utilities with local providers and provides value engineering recommendations to accommodate the projected hard cost budget. 

 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: By creating a request for proposals, reviewing incoming bids and understanding contract types, Raakel Real Estate not only manages the selection and retention of general contractors, but oversees the entire construction of the project and analyzes each step along the way. We are not perfect, but we try to be. This way we minimize any issues or added costs that might arise during construction.
