Raakel Real Estate sourced the acquisition, is responsible for lease negotiations, selection and retention of the design team and general contractor, and all construction activities.  The 27,000 square foot building is located in Idaho Falls, ID and sits on approximately 1.34 acres with two recessed loading docks, two overhead coiling doors and +/- 40 parking spaces.  The project was built for the occupant, Johnstone Supply, a national retailer of HVAC equipment.
