Raakel Real Estate was selected as a development consultant for this existing 50,000 square feet retail/industrial building which is now occupied by both Harbor Freight Tools and Johnstone Supply.  Raakel Real Estate subdivided the property, selling off half of the building to Johnstone Supply Inc and retaining the other half leased to Harbor Freight Tools. Raakel Real Estate was responsible for overseeing the acquisition, lease negotiations, selection and retention of the design team, subdivision entitlements and interior/exterior improvements.
